John Temoyan joined Har-Bro in 2005 as a Business Development
Representative for Long Beach and Customer Service Director. Through
his leadership, knowledge and experience, he was promoted to Executive
Director of Customer Relations and is responsible for the leadership
and management of Har-Bro’s overall business development, customer
relations and advertising program. John is also the Director on the
Board of Southern California Insurance Professionals.
John first entered the industry in 1991 as a Property Claims Adjuster
for Safeco Insurance in their Fountain Valley California office. He
worked as an Adjuster and subsequent Claims Manager at Safeco for almost
10 years handling everything from small residential claims to large
commercial and industrial fire losses. During his tenure at Safeco,
John managed Safeco’s claims effort’s after the Laguna
and Malibu firestorms, the Northridge earthquake as well as many lesser
known catastrophes during that time frame. John was also the Western
Regional National Account Manager for Servpro Industries for almost
three years in addition to working for some local, California restoration
contractors in both marketing and project management capacities.
He is also a Licensed General Contractor in the state of California
and has operated his own construction firm completing projects for
both residential and commercial clients.
John w as born and raised in Southern California, has been sailing,
diving, fishing and surfing the Southern California coastal waters
including the Channel Islands and Mexico for more than 30 years and
has even completed the world famous Transpac Yacht Race from Long
Beach to Hawaii! John currently lives in Mission Viejo California
with his wife of 16 years and their two children.
