During his 30 years in the industry, Mr. Hampton has completed restoration and improvement projects consisting of build outs for national chains, commercial shopping centers, industrial projects, multi-million dollar custom homes, multi-family housing including housing tracts, condominium projects and apartment complexes.

Prior to starting with Har-Bro in 1999, Larry served as the General Manager for Reyco Construction Services, a contracting firm specializing in Insurance restoration and commercial tenant improvement projects. Prior positions included Branch Manager and Senior Estimator at Baker Pacific Corporation, Vice President of Operations with Ameritech Builders, Inc. and Senior Project Manager and Vice President of Construction with Systems Construction, Inc.

Larry is a member of the “Insurance Dispute Resolution Center” (IDRC), the “National Institute of Fire Restoration” (NIFS), and is a Certified Restoration Technician. He has a track record of achieving cost effectiveness in project management and estimating.
