Karon Young was born in Palm Springs, California in
1965, and moved to Orange County, California in the early 70's.
Karon had an interest in the construction industry at
an early age and went
to work for 5 years for a smaller General Contractor. In her
quest to become more knowledgeable in the industry, challenged and
seeking opportunity for more growth in her career she found Har-Bro
in 1993, and was hired as an administrative assistant and accounts
receivable clerk.
Throughout the first several years of employment, Karon
proved her ability and received numerous promotions in which she managed
different administrative departments. In 1995 Karon became the Business
Manager/HR Director overseeing all administrative departments within
the corporation. During this part of her employment Karon involved
herself with production as part of her desire to go further in the
organization and industry.
In 2000 Karon went into production as a Project
Manager in the water division which was an intrical part in setting
up Har-Bro's mold division.
In 2001 Karon became a Project Manager on all types
of construction projects to include residential and commercial, damaged
from fire, water, wind, mold and vehicle.
Karon is in her 14th year with Har-Bro, most
recently as a Senior Project Manager in the Los Angeles / Orange
County territory prior to becoming a Regional Manager. In
her 19 years in the construction industry she has proven herself
throughout her career at Har-Bro and is respected in the industry
for her attention to detail, communication, high standard of quality,
and conscientious customer service.

- Certified Mold Restorer - Association of Specialist
in Cleaning and Restoration
- Certified Water Restoration Technician - Institute
of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration
