Dedicated to reliability, quality, and excellence, David has been responsible for managing HAR-BRO's San Francisco territory, which is one of the largest branches since 1998. With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University and hands-on construction experience since 1984, David is one of HAR-BRO’s treasured resources.

He joined our team in 1994 at the height of the Northridge earthquake repair period. He has estimated, negotiated and coordinated hundreds of projects varying in size and complexity. Today, he manages two offices in Northern California with a team of 50 employees that include twelve project managers, production personnel and administrative support.
