Condominium Fire Loss – Har-Bro Rebuilt Homes

Walnut Creek, CA – A five alarm fire occurred at a condominium complex in Walnut, California where two buildings out of 19 sustained damage and approximately 100 units were affected by either the fire, smoke and subsequent water damage.

The property management of the condo contacted Har-Bro immediately to perform emergency services such as board-up, establish temporary power as well as perform other necessary emergency services to prevent secondary damage. Other services to units were also provided to allow occupancy to some of the lesser damaged units.

Har-Bro successfully worked closely with the Property Management Company, homeowners association, individual unit owners as well as insurance carriers to complete the reconstruction of the complex.
