Clackamas Village – Har-Bro Rebuilds Apartment Complex

Clackamas, OR – Har-Bro provided emergency and reconstruction services for an apartment fire in Clackamas Oregon. This fire severely damaged several units within the apartment community. Har-Bro was on the scene shortly after the loss to address the immediate need for emergency board-up to secure the building.

Upon receiving needed permits and approvals, Har-Bro was asked to complete the reconstruction portion as well. The fire and water damage resulted in the need for the total restoration of four units, with another four units requiring considerable services and repairs. Due to the multiple units and tenants, Har-Bro had to coordinate with different layers of key decision makers that included tenants, the on-sight manager, the property management company and the insurance carriers.

It took only 90 days from the start of the reconstruction to complete the units to being move-in ready!
