Tom Henley, VP and Regional Manager of Har-Bro Inc. Southern California

Customers in Southern California can rely on Tom Henley’s 20 years experience with Har-Bro for their emergency restoration and reconstruction losses. Tom’s technical knowledge is second to none, and with his attention to detail with every loss that comes through our Southern California office- that makes him a great leader for the division.

Tom was born and raised in Southern California. Upon graduating at UCSB he immediately went into teaching upper elementary and middle school for the next 10 years. In 1984 Tom was hired on at Har-Bro as an entry level Project Manager. Soon after he headed the Tenant Improvement Division at Har-Bro in the late 80’s and returned as Sr. Project Manager during and after Hurricane Iniki in Kauii and the Northridge Earthquake.

In 2005 Tom’s tenure as Sr. Project Manager ended so that he can move up as the Branch Manager for Har-Bro in the Southern California office in Signal Hill.

Tom currently lives in Tustin Ranch with his wife of 28 years. He has coached youth soccer for the past 19 years in Tustin and is currently coaching 11-12 year old girls All-Star Team. Tom also serves on the Board of Directors of his Homeowners Association.
