Shari Anhalt, Human Resources Director

Shari Anhalt has been with Har-Bro since 2005.  Clients and Har-Bro employees can always look to Shari Anhalt for mentorship and resolution.  Prior to joining the team at Har-Bro, she gained her human resources experience in the healthcare industry and then in a large non-profit social services organization.  At Har-Bro, she oversees the Human Resources Department which consists of recruiting, hiring, compensation planning, payroll, and company policy and procedures.  Shari constantly evaluates systems, job descriptions and ensures legal compliance with state and federal law. 

Shari is also involved in our Customer Service Satisfaction process and helps resolve client concerns, complaints or collection disputes.  She holds a B.A. from Sonoma State University and a J.D. from Whittier Law School.
