Sean Pridy, Risk Manager/ Tempe Branch Manager
Sean M. Pridy has been with Har-Bro since early 1992 and has estimated, negotiated, managed and completed well over 200 related property damage claims. He has managed numerous projects related to fire, water and earthquake damage individually ranging to over fourteen million dollars.
Sean has distinguished himself and Har-Bro by furthering the entire Organization’s, technical knowledge and experience through promoting and participating in numerous challenging projects and outside educational seminars, associations and training programs. His technical and regulatory understanding and experience in construction and industrial environments serves to further Har-Bro’s ability to approach complex projects demanding strict operational controls.
Having attended California State University Long Beach School of Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Quality Engineering, he has gone on to gain specialized training in the following areas:
- Certified Restorer – Association of Specialist in Cleaning and Restoration
- Certified Fire & Smoke Technician – Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration
- Certified Water Restoration Technician – Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration
- Hazardous Waste – OSHA 40 hour HAZWOPER Training
- First Responder Operations – OSHA 24 hour Health & Safety Training
- Certified Mold Remediator – Indoor Air Quality Association
- Construction Outreach Trainer – OSHA U.S. Department of Labor
