Har-Bro welcomes the newest member of our executive team, VP of Marketing and Business Development, Fred Gladney oversees all business development, marketing, and client relations. He is a seasoned executive with nearly 40 years of general management, operations, marketing and sales leadership experience. He has been a successful Corporate Executive with IBM Corporation, was founder and CEO of a software development firm, and has been at the helm of a number of successful entrepreneurships in real estate and internet marketing.

As Senior Vice President of Pittsburgh based Development Dimensions International, he gained experience in executive development and leadership coaching strategies. Fred brings depth and discipline in operations, marketing and business development and has managed national and international teams in direct and indirect marketing channels, while winning numerous leadership and management awards. He is a decisive team leader and developer of people, without compromising what he calls “appropriate accountability”.  Fred is values driven, and has been called a “driver with a heart.”

Fred holds a B.S. from California University of Pennsylvania (calu.edu) and has participated in management development programs at Harvard and Princeton Universities. He serves on several Boards and is active in his church locally and overseas. He is a mentor at the Biola University Crowell School of Business in California.

Fred resides in Southern California with his wife Julie, and they are the proud parents of 4 beautiful children.
